(printed originally in the 1850-60’s, this sheet is ca.1970’s), $20-50,

(DC-365-G6a; G8a), Modern “Proprietary Proofs”.The $20 proof has

portraits of distinguished men on lower left and right and capital

building in middle. Notches on left and right margins for printing

registration. Black printing with green underprint counterfeit

protectors, printed on thinwhite card, Also included is the underprint

proof in black instead of green. All are Choice to Gem Uncirculated

condition. ABNC. Archival “Proprietary” proofs rarely seen in sheet
