with horizontal gutter between them, serial numbers with small
blue bars. Printed in blue. Vignette of NY Arms with latent image
of “N” on left and “Y” on right. Imperforate except for on side with
vertical roulettes. The pairs of stamps with gutters are Tete Beche
arrangement with the bottoms of each facing each other. No
gum as issued. 9 of the 10 stamps are choice uncirculated with 1
with slight paper bend. Printed on white paper. ABNC. Rare essay
