bi-fold blue card presentation folder. 2002. The watermark is visible

when the folder is opened, and thru the back of the folder. Portals is

a division of De La Rue International Ltd. Folder is 11-3/4x8-1/4 when

inches square when closed. One folder with some blue scuff marks

Bloomington, Illinois. Lot of 4 notes (uncut sheet of 3), 18xx (ca.1960-

70’s), $1-2-3, (IL-60-G2a; IL-60-G4a; IL-60-G6a) Modern “Proprietary

Proofs”. The $1 proof has a man with sack and 2 horses on the

left, and portrait of man at right; the $2 note has farmer plowing

on right with young girl in middle; the $3 has surveyors on left and

oxen pulling wagon in middle, Notches on top and side margins for

printing registration. Black printing with light tan underprint printed

on thin white card, Choice to Gem Uncirculated condition. TTC&C.
