France, ND 1917, 100 Francs, P-75 Unlisted face proof (Only listed as front proof of
a different design in SCWPM), printed on white paper that is unmounted, allegorical standing woman on winged wheel, The title on top and the denomination
block on the bottom are incomplete and there are no underprints or cycloid color undertints on the left and right of the vignette, PMG graded About
Uncirculated 55 NET with note of previously mounted and small tears, amazing progress proof from this rare issue that is missing from all but the most
advanced collections and this design may very well be unique. ABNC.
