overprints, “00000” serial number and POC’s, back brown. PMG
graded Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ (Exceptional Paper Quality). This
note will be almost impossible to improve upon with 5 graded at this
level with none higher. ABNC. Rare banknote in high
grade.

elements glued to 10 x 6 inch thin cardboard and hand drawn por-
tions of borders added, orange on light orange, black title with
white letters, The date is glued on upside down, archival hand
stamps on left and right, Extremely rare if not unique Chinese
Military note that was never issued. BEPP production proof. Also
includes copy of 1983-84 “East Asia Journal” discussing this rare
Military proof.
