Queen Elizabeth II in middle, Specimen overprints, POC’s,
“Specimen of No Value” on top left front and back margins, Serial
number on back is “13”, PMG graded Choice Uncirculated 63 NET
with note of previously mounted with light glue stains on top front
margin, This is the only color trial example listed in the PMG census.
