tion on history, printing security and lists different types of printing
processes with sample and Specimen stamps pasted into booklet,
Included are 2 plates illustrated by the Collotype Process by W&S,
older stamps printed by them in the past; There are 24 adhesive
stamps pasted on to 3 pages including stamps from Indian States
(4); Spain; Belgisch Congo; North Borneo; Colombia; Liberia; Cuba
and many other countries, almost everyone has small puncture with
text in black “Waterlow & Sons Ltd., Specimen”, The stamps are in
XF condition and so is the booklet. Rare Waterlow stamp advertis-

(1930’s). No denomination. Face is red on m/c underprint with text
describing their printing services including “Banknotes, Bonds and
Stamps” on white paper with security threads. Portrait of official
looking gentleman on left with ornate frames and borders of note.
Back is red and m/c with text describing company’s printing ser-
vices. Uncirculated condition. W&S. Scarce advertising note variety.
