knote of a proposed but not accepted design by De La Rue, Black on
light blue with red seals, Portrait of Marti in middle, S/N A 000000 A,
Back blue with Cuban arms, Given designation P;77pe by PMG, but
not listed in SCWPM and extremely rare, PMG graded Choice
Uncirculated 64 NET with mention of minor rust spots, pp F, TDLR.
