356 Bank of Ethiopia, 1922 Issue Banknote - Finest Known.Addis
Ababa Ethiopia, 1st May, 1922, 500 Thalers, Issued banknote, Purple on
multicolor, Standing warrior at left, arms at top center, bank building
on right, S/N 1536, Extremely ornate and attractive note. This note
has immense and even borders, sharp corners, bright colors and fresh
appearance. This note is by far superior to any of the previous notes
graded by PMG with the highest previous grade by PMG being AU58.
Very possibly the finest known from this popular series. (From the
