Turkish leader. Printed in black on india paper. Bottom has “Mustapha

Kemal Pacha - V-68679 - American Bank Note Company” imprint. Paper

clip mark with small remnant of rust on upper left, otherwise XF to

AU condition. Evidently a design used for some fiscal purpose or was

possibly considered for a banknote design that was not used. Rare proof
