border “BANK OF CHINA $1 - HARBIN - FACE TINT”, 2 examples in
different colors of $1, P-51A, one purple and m/c and the second
dark green and m/c, XF with light water stains and edge damage
and one AU to Uncirculated; $10, P-53A, AU but the left edge is cut
