Inventory report includes item, how many there are, when they were received and from where, what condition they are in and if the item is useable, Fine to Choice Fine condition with stains and holes at right side. Report is signed by Captain Edward B. Millistin. In 1873, the 2nd U.S. Artillery was involved in the ongoing Indian Wars, which were conflicts between the United States and various Native American tribes as settlers moved westward. Captains like Millistin played a vital role in managing these military operations, which often required navigating complex relationships with indigenous populations, as well as dealing with the challenges of frontier life. Overall, Captain Edward B.
