Brooklyn Bridge Centennial Celebration Certificate, 12x16 inches, Black text with blue border and undertint, View of the Brooklyn Bridge with the World Trade Towers at top center, Black and white intaglio printed vignette of the Brooklyn Bridge in front, Gold embossed seal at center bottom, Uncirculated condition. The Brooklyn Bridge started construction in 1869 and was completed fourteen years later in 1883. It was originally called the New York and Brooklyn Bridge and the East River Bridge, but it was later dubbed the Brooklyn Bridge.
