Large format proof of bond top vignette and title for “Republica De Cuba - Bono Del Tesoro. 6% Interest Annual”, printed in green on india paper, allegorical women flank Arms of Cuba over title, 10 x 7 inches. Over all the appearance is in excellent condition but there are a few light creases at the bottom of the page far from vignette. Plate # C-3172 on top middle in small letters. Extremely rare as proof and only a few were found in the archives.
