Rodgers. 25 Cents, (Possibly Rothert 351-1, but he did not have an image available), Issued obsolete scrip note, Dated July 25th, 1862, Black text on face “Payable in Arkansas War Bonds or Confederate Notes when $10, is presented”, with faded black design at left, Ink bleed from signature on back, S/N 1095, Crisp XF condition with a diagonal fold keeping the note from AU condition, with ink bleed from signature on back. Rarity 7 in Rothert. The Battle of Richland Valley took place in May, 1863. Very possibly unique.
