Trio of Issued Certificates, Includes: $3 U.S. Internal Revenue Special Tax Stamp issued for a Florida retail dealer in “Opium, Coca Leaves, Etc” for the fiscal year of 1949, Registry number 10454, Black on yellow paper with top left corner missing; $6 Issued U.S. Internal Revenue Special Tax Stamp issued for a New York Retail Dealer in “Opium, Etc.” for the fiscal year 1927, Registry Number 776, Black text on brown paper, pieces missing along margins and some holes, staining from a paperclip at top center; 1945-46 Individual Liquor Permit from the State of Utah, and issued by the Utah Liquor Control Commission, allowing the holder, James F.
