Red specimen overprints, POC’s and “00000” serial numbers. Coupons attached. Impressive vignette of “Landing of Columbus” measuring 4.5 by 2.25 inches. VF condition with a small spot on the top left edge of the vignette, This was treated as a circulating bond that could be used for currency as well as investment. Rare note.
