The certificate has text The Lord Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Treasury on behalf of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (H.M.G.), it also has a facsimile signature of the Secretary to Her Majesty’s Treasury on the lower right. Pin punch Specimen in signature blocks. Uncirculated condition. This should be considered an official U.K. Government Bond, similar to a U.S. Treasurer’s bond (I would give $1000+ for a U.S. Government example). Rare with original artwork and unique as such.
