POC’s and red SPECIMEN overprints, VG to condition with Archivally reinforced splitting at folds, ABNC. Listed railroad but unlisted bond variety. Red specimen overprints, 00000 serial numbers, and POCs. Fine-VF condition, ABNC. Rare specimen in Cox. No other bonds are known on this railroad.
