Orange and black, with allegorical winged child beside arms of Argentina, corresponding numbers at top and below. Uncirculated condition. Translates to “National Charity Lottery,” which was created in 1893, known today as the National Lottery. Printed by the South American Bank Note company also known for printing banknotes and scripophily.
