Lot of 7 Specimen Bonds, All are First Mortgage Sinking Fund Gold Coupon Bonds, includes: 1922 issue denominations, $100 in blue, $500 in orange, $1000 in green, all at 5.5% and Series A; and 1923 denominations, $100 in orange, $500 in light blue, and $1000 in purple, all at 5% and Series B; and 1927, $1000 in brown at 4.5% and Series C. All have red specimen overprints and POCs. VF condition, ABNC. All are only known as specimens, with 5 having been reported and not previously seen in Cox. All are rare with no more than 4 or 5 found for each denomination and date.
