POCs and annotations at top. VF condition but significant damage to top of bond with large pieces missing on top right middle and right top margins, archival reinforcement at fold lines, and toning. Oliver Hazard Perry Throck Morton (August 4, 1823 – November 1, 1877), commonly known as Oliver P. Morton, was a U.S. Republican Party politician from Indiana.
