Printer’s Design Proof Advertising Banknotes China and England, ND (ca. 1960s). A 1946, Central Bank of China, 20 Cents, P-396 Unlisted note used as the central part of a De La Rue Giori S.A., Specimen Test Note. Indigo printing on white paper, uniface with portrait of CKS at right and Specimen overprints at bottom. Evidently they were altering the note with part of the denomination in the middle removed from the plate. PMG graded Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.
