A house license issued by the Songjiang Province government in 1950, clarifying the ownership of a house. The top of the license shows a portrait of Chairman Mao, with two national flags of China. Wheat plants and farming scenes are drawn around the license. A big red seal of the People’s Government of Songjiang Province is present on the left side of the license. Printed by NBNC in the 1860 or 70’s. It may have been for a stamp or for banknote. Amazing and early China proof vignette.
