PMG graded About Uncirculated 55 with comment “rust lightened.” This banknote was never officially issued. 10,000 pieces were captured and issued during WW II by the Japanese (serial #90001-100000). The others were looted by Moros, in the province of Mindanao, who sold them at one-tenth of their face value.
