Red specimen overprints, 0000 serial numbers, and POCs. VF condition with archival reinforced folds. Coupons feature a depiction of Kapi’olani. VF condition, ABNC. Extremely scarce bond which pre-dates the 1887 Constitution of the Kingdom of Hawaii, which sought to strip the Hawaiian monarchy of much of its authority, initiating a transfer of power to American, European and native Hawaiian elites.
