Cuba (Offices in Boston or New York), 1928, 100 Shares, I/U, Black on blue border and under print, Light house with fort behind it on top, Fine to VF with a small tear in the top right border. ABNC. Signed by Charles Francis Flynn as Vice President. Flynn arrived in Cuba in 1914 and used his knowledge of construction to build Havana’s Oriental Park race course and then served as the Vice President and Manager of the Havana American Jockey Club. He also helped establish the Hotel Sevilla-Biltmore with John McEntee Bowman. With the hotel launched, Flynn put together the Cuban National Syndicate and introduced syndicate chief Bowman to Frank Steinhart and other Cuban investors.
