Includes an important letter from the Franklin Bank of Columbus, in which an Act is discussed which prohibits “the circulation of small notes”. The stockholders of the Franklin Bank of Columbus were called upon in the letter to meet in July to discuss the possibility of eliminating all denominations below $5.
