One piece is a 1943 I/C Treasury Department Internal Revenue Order Form for “Opium or coca leaves, or compounds, manufactures, salts, derivatives or preparations.” All are in VF condition. The Windsor House was built (in 1836) on the site of Pette’s Coffee House, visited by General Lafayette in 1825. Windsor House, along with Post Office served many prominent guests, including Theodore Roosevelt.
