Certificate signed by Eduardo Manrara as president who was business partners with Vicente Martinez Ybor, the tobacco tycoon. Manrara spearheaded the formation of the Ybor City, Manrara became the sole proprietor in 1896 of the factory and continued investing in property in Ybor City.
