Jeptha Homer Wade (August 11, 1811 – August 9, 1890) was an American industrialist, philanthropist, and one of the founding members of Western Union Telegraph. Henry Morrison Flagler was an American industrialist and a founder of Standard Oil, first based in Ohio. He was also a key figure in the development of the Atlantic coast of Florida and founder of what became the Florida East Coast Railway. He is known as the father of Miami and Palm Beach, Florida. The bond appears VF but there is a repaired 2 inch tear on the lower right bottom border and the top horizontal fold is archivally reinforced. Only 3 examples were found in the ABN archives in 2002, it is only known as a specimen bond and the only one available.
