VF condition. POC’s, No overprints, back has purple overprint “Return to E5To be held for reference”, ABNC. This bond is unlisted as a specimen, only known issued and as a proof, all very rare. Only 2 examples found in the ABN Archives in 2002 and this is the only example available.
