The Parenti was designed by J. S. Parenti president of the new company and formerly with The Fiat Automobile Company of Italy. Parenti worked for Lozier, Packard and Hudson before starting up his new American Automobile company. Two different Parenti were produced. A 5 passenger Parenti Touring car with a 123 inch wheelbase that was priced at $2,000.00. In addition a 5 passenger Sedan also with a 123 inch wheelbase that was priced at $3,000.00. Later a town car and a limousine were added to the line up. The Parenti was powered by a eight cylinder air cooled engine of their own design. In 1922 a water cooled Falls Six cylinder was used. In 1923 The Parenti Motors Corporation went into receivership.
