The Ukrainian text reads that the State Government Tax Service in Zolochiv will exchange these certificates at the rate of 20 certificates for a 50 Karbovantsiv or 100 Hryven government note. Highly unusual, both in Fine condition though one has tape repairs of tears in the upper left corner.
