Bank; Lexington, MO., $20, Farmer’s Bank of Missouri; and $20, State of Missouri, Cr.21A. The Lockport note issued for work on the Illinois & Michigan Canal. The Dubuque note yields 10% interest, payable in 1859. One of the MO notes is a requisition for MO defense bonds. The other MO note is a counterfeit with a Florence Nightingale vignette.
