It is dated April 3, 1903. The estimate was for the 1903 Treasury-Commemorative Issue. Detailed and filled with very interesting information about order estimating and pricing by ABNC. It lists notes and quantities of the 1 Gourde note at 1,000,000 on an 8 notes to a plate (sheet). The Estimate form also includes a 15% commission added to thee order. Fine to VF condition.
