Kwangsi, China. 2 Chiao = 20 Cents, P-S3900J S/M#K31.5-10, Issued banknote, Red with steam locomotive in middle, back green, the note appears Choice to Gem Uncirculated condition with large even margins, bright colors and sharp corners with a little bit of light green offset on the face.
