J.P. Morgan & Co. announced the details of the trust’s organization on October 1, 1902. Named the International Mercantile Marine Company, a reorganization and renaming of the International Navigation Company. Also signed by Onslow Stearns as trustee, he was 34th governor of New Hampshire.
