BW&C.������������������������������������������������������������������� Est. $75-120 CHINA - MILITARY NOTES 528 528 Provincial Bank of Hupeh, 1 Yuan 1929 with imprints used as a Military Note. 1929年湖北省銀行一元加蓋豫鄂皖贛四省農民銀 行軍票 Hankow, China. 1 Yuan, P-A88 S/M#S110-20, (A Provincial Bank of Hupeh 1 yuan banknote overprinted on P-S2104), issued in 1929, with red imprints on the face. The imprint indicated that this is a military note. The main figure on the face is a tower. The serial number is 925922A. The red text imprinted is: “to be cashed by the Four-Provinces Farmers Bank or Provincial Bank of Hubei in Hankou, Hubei province.” The back side shows the bank name, denomination, serial number, date and issuing city Hankow. Good to GVG with faults, splits, high wear, but still extremely rare and first time offered by us.
