TDLR.��������������� Est. $140-250 Liberia 745 745 Republic of Liberia Pair of Vignette Proofs Liberia, pair of vignette die proofs. The first features the coat of arms of Liberia, which consist of flags on both sides, an elephant facing left on top, the slogan “The Love of Liberty Brought Us Here” at the bottom, and a ship in the center. The vignette is about 40mm x 45mm, but the India bond paper on which it is printed is approximately 85mm x 95mm. The second piece, also on India bond paper, is larger and more striking, as it features the coat of arms enclosed within a more elaborate stylized design depicting four individuals working at a rubber plantation. The vignette is on a 190mm x 110mm piece, but the printed part is 140mm x 74mm.
