Both are in VF to XF condition. (2). Northern Natural Gas Company, founded in 1930/1931 in Omaha, Nebraska, built one of North America’s largest natural gas pipeline systems. In March 1980, Northern Natural Gas reorganized as a holding company, InterNorth, becoming its principal subsidiary rather than disappearing. Following InterNorth’s 1985 takeover of Houston Natural Gas Company, InterNorth eventually became Enron Corporation, ending Northern Natural Gas’s independent corporate identity while it continued operating as a subsidiary. The merged company briefly operated as HNG/InterNorth before renaming to Enron in 1986.
