Vignette of allegorical woman sitting in front of a water scene. Two revenue stamps on certificate, one on the front and one on the reverse. POC’s and stamped out canceled. Fine condition with staining. Russell Sage (August 4, 1816 – July 22, 1906) was a financier, railroad executive and Whig politician from New York, United States.
