Includes Texaco Operations (Europe) Ltd. $1,000 Specimen bond and The Texas Co. $1,000 bond, both with ornate engraved designs and corporate vignettes. The check group represents oil lease royalty payments, typically ranging from 1 cent to 14 cents, many with detailed barrel production and tax information on the back. Also included is a typewritten letter on Mobil and Magnolia Petroleum Co. letterhead dated 1959, noting the transition of Magnolia into Mobil Oil Co., along with used company envelopes and additional accounting and banking documents tied to Republic National Bank of Dallas.
