The Lost Creek Gold Mining and Trading Company was incorporated in the Territory of Alaska in 1897, during the peak of the Klondike and Nome gold rush era. Formed to capitalize on gold discoveries in Alaska’s interior, the company combined mining and trading operations typical of frontier enterprises supplying remote camps.
