Neise, Secretary and Thomas Donnell, President; May 23, 1893 The Champagne Mining & Milling Company, 1000 shares, rich gilt and brown border with panoramic Cripple Creek camp vignette at center flanked by mining scenes, large embossed gold seal, “Cripple Creek, Colorado” noted on face; Feb. 6, 1896 The Mistletoe Gold Mining Company, 1000 shares, gilt border with engraved miners-at-work vignette at top and embossed gold seal at lower left.
