Program with story of the founding of the company, Intaglio printed red cover with vignette of palm trees logo over company name on face, and cycloid engraving on back, the interior has the origins story of Jeffries BNC, Uncirculated condition. The reverse side page of the front cover as a typed note “This was found among letter packets returned from Los Angeles Office after Mr. Moir’s death in Sept. 1945” with a blue typed Jan 29, 1947 receiving mark below it. National Provincial Bank was a British retail bank which operated in England and Wales from 1833 until 1970 when it was merged into the National Westminster Bank. It continued to exist as a dormant non-trading company until 2016 when it was voluntarily struck off the register and dissolved.
