Mixed mintmarks are present, typical of the issue. Struck in .625 silver, each coin contains 0.1607 troy oz of pure silver, for a combined silver weight of 4.821 troy oz. Conditions range from XF to AU, with many showing sharp details, light wear, and a number exhibiting original luster. A well‑matched Latin American silver group featuring classic portrait and arms designs, most notably the 1 Lempira silver type of the 1930s, Including 1934 and 1937 dates, (Ag .900, 12.5 g, ASW ), both in Choice Fine to VF; a 1951, 50 Centavos (Ag .900, 6.25 g, ASW); and a 1951, 20 centavos coin in a nice AU to Uncirculated condition with nice luster; all are nice original examples with honest surfaces and even color. Total pure .999 silver equivalent for this group is a slightly less than 1 ounce. A group of four British India silver One Rupee coins including two 1840 East India Company issues, each with the Young Queen Victoria portrait and the classic wreath reverse, both in Choice AU to Uncirculated condition with strong detail and bright original surfaces; an 1862 Queen Victoria Rupee of the early “Queen” type, showing the crowned bust and ornate floral reverse, in About Uncirculated condition though lightly cleaned; and an 1887 Victoria Empress Rupee of the later “Empress” type with intricate engraving and bold legends, in Choice XF condition. Each coin is struck in .917 silver, containing 0.3437 troy oz of pure silver, for a combined total of approximately 1.3748 troy ounces of silver in all four coins that represent three major design eras of Victoria’s coinage in India.
