Dated with a violet handstamp, manuscript signatures of manager and accountant at lower right. Issued in Santo Domingo with printer’s imprint “Lito Lepervanche S. Domingo” at bottom margin. A fascinating early 20th-century financial document tied to American banking operations in the Dominican Republic, reflecting the growing international reach of Wall Street institutions during the post-World War I period. The International Banking Corporation, established in 1901, later became part of Citibank’s overseas expansion.
