All have Specimen overprints, POCs, and are in Fine to XF condition. (4). Signed by Henry F. Schricker and his son, Henry F. Schricker Jr. on reverse. Henry F. Schricker was a two-term Governor of Indiana, serving from 1941 to 1945 and 1949 to 1953. Known for his advocacy for labor rights and education reform, he played a crucial role in the state’s wartime economy and social policies. His son, Henry F. Schricker Jr., while not as publicly prominent in politics, contributed to Indiana’s development through his work in business and civic engagement.
