Black text with black handwriting that outlines and describes the plot’s location. Signed by Levi Blackmer at bottom. The Blackmer family were early settlers of the area of Livingston County (once Ontario County) in New York State. Fine condition with large stain at left, foxing, and signs of wear along fold lines.
